RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Items discounted by 30% or more are non-returnable.
- You have 21 days from the order date to request a return.
- The item must be in its original condition, meaning new, unworn, and unwashed.
- For hygiene reasons, all purchases of earrings, panties, and swimwear are final sales.
- We do not offer price adjustments on any previously purchased products.
- When we offer a free item as part of a promotion or other offer, if you return an item and no longer meet the promotion’s terms, you must also return the free item. Otherwise, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the free item.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility ($6.99 + tax for Canada). For customers outside Canada, please contact us at contact@girlcrush.ca so we can review your request. Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back using the carrier of your choice and cover the shipping costs.
